1、客户洞察与需求管理：深入品牌商家、代理商和服务商的实际工作流程，通过访谈、驻场、行为数据和反馈分析，识别高价值、高频、可规模化的AI应用场景；与产品经理共同完成需求判断、优先级排序及方案验证，区分通用产品需求与客户个性化诉求； 2、产品打磨与体验优化：参与主Agent及数字专家的产品共建，结合真实任务分析意图理解、知识引用、Skill调用、工具执行和结果交付中的问题，推动产品走向“好用、愿意付费”； 3、FDE客户共建与价值交付：深入共建客户，辅助客户完成知识库整理与配置、提示词优化，帮助客户用好产品；同时基于客户专家经验，以及实际的工作流，提炼场景的Skill，验证并且落地客户真实工作流程； 4、产品效果评估与持续迭代：建设场景评测集与典型问题库，参与版本验收和客户效果验证；围绕有效使用、客户留存、任务完成质量、策略采纳、人力节约及经营效果，建立运营分析与反馈机制，用证据推动产品迭代，而不只关注使用量和内容生成量； 5、产品GTM与客户持续经营：参与目标客群选择、价值主张提炼、种子客户招募、产品发布和商业化验证；设计客户激活、培训、场景引导及持续使用机制，沉淀可验证的案例展示、行业案例和销售赋能材料，推动产品从小范围验证走向规模化应用。

1、有电商行业甲方客户或者产品运营经验优先，了解行业特性，客户的需求、实际的业务工作流，理解企业客户的业务流程与决策逻辑； 2、具备扎实的产品运营能力，能够独立完成需求调研、场景分析、用户运营、数据分析及项目推进；有从0到1产品验证、PMF探索或GTM经验者优先； 3、具备AI产品理解与动手能力，熟悉Agent、Skill、知识库、提示词和工作流等基本概念，能够使用AI工具制作Demo、配置方案并定位基础问题，不停留在概念讨论和文档输出； 4、具备客户现场的问题解决能力，愿意深入业务一线并接受阶段性驻场，能在信息不完整、需求不清晰的情况下，推动问题澄清、方案验证和交付验收。
