1、负责抖音双列内容场景的策略产品工作，围绕用户兴趣发现、内容消费增长等目标，持续推进产品及策略优化； 2、明确双列场景目标用户及产品定位，基于用户行为、内容供给和消费反馈，洞察用户需求，分析业务链路中的关键问题，提出并落地优化方案； 3、结合搜索、推荐及AI能力，探索用户兴趣理解、内容匹配和消费体验提升等方向，推动相关能力在业务中的应用； 4、参与内容质量和策略评估体系建设，借助大模型能力，完善核心指标、评估标准及实验机制，持续提升策略效果； 5、与算法、数据、研发等团队紧密协作，推动策略实验、效果复盘及规模化落地。

1、本科及以上学历，1年以上策略产品、内容产品、搜索推荐或策略运营相关经验； 2、具备良好的数据分析和结构化思考能力，能够基于数据及用户行为发现、拆解并解决问题； 3、对内容产品、用户兴趣和内容生态有一定理解，具备搜索、推荐、UGC社区等相关经验者优先； 4、具备良好的项目推进和跨团队协作能力，能够协同多方推动方案落地并取得结果； 5、对AI、大模型在内容理解、质量评估或搜索推荐等场景中的应用有一定认知，具备相关实践经验者优先。
