团队介绍：聚焦存算一体芯片设计，主要围绕AI大模型应用场景进行高能效计算技术创新，设计多款基于存算一体架构的高能效AI芯片，突破传统冯・诺依曼架构下的 "内存墙" 瓶颈，提升能效比、降低算力成本。团队具备独立流片与量产落地能力，累计申请专利近300项，核心专利覆盖“底层器件-核心架构-工程落地”全流程。同时与字节各团队算力需求整体协同，更好的发挥存算一体芯片的技术价值，共同为AI业务提供高能效算力底座。

1、负责EVB、CP、FT、SLT、HTOL等板级定制开发服务； 2、开展项目需求分析，完成需求信息的收集、汇总、分析与反馈； 3、负责电路系统架构设计，完成关键器件选型、必要的基础模块验证以及电路设计等相关工作； 4、负责回板调试，保障供电及基础功能的正确性； 5、配合软件工程师开展Debug工作，对故障进行定位分析，排查板级或芯片内部问题。

1、本科及以上学历，微电子、材料科学、电子工程等相关专业； 2、5年以上嵌入式硬件设计经验，拥有丰富的芯片硅前硅后阶段电路板级的设计工作经验； 3、具有丰富的复杂电源系统设计经验，能够在30A以上大电流路径、整板功率300W以上、低噪声需求等条件下解决Transient、Ripple、效率、散热等问题； 4、拥有丰富的高速电路架构及原理设计经验、SIPI知识，具备DDR4及以上、PCIe4.0及以上、10G以太网及以上、交换机、USB3.2Gen1及以上等实战设计经验； 5、熟练掌握FPGA硬件开发流程，掌握示波器、逻辑分析仪、电子负载、矢量网络分析仪等仪器设备使用； 6、具备专业能力与职业素养： 1）有Verilog编程能力、结构设计、EMC、EMI、车规产品经验、嵌入式软件开发经验者优先； 2）有责任心，自驱力强，拥有较强的沟通能力，富有团队协助精神及良好的文档意识。
