1、参与抖音电商商家自助产品的规划与建设，深入理解商家经营过程中的问题，设计简单、高效、可规模化的产品解决方案； 2、探索大模型、Agent等AI技术在商家经营场景中的应用，推动AI能力从问答辅助走向问题诊断、策略生成、任务执行和效果复盘； 3、深入商家和业务一线，通过用户调研、数据分析、案例研究等方式识别真实需求，并将复杂业务规则转化为清晰易用的产品能力； 4、参与AI产品的完整建设过程，包括场景定义、产品设计、提示词与工作流调试、效果评测、灰度实验及持续迭代； 5、与算法、研发、设计、运营及业务团队紧密协作，推进产品高质量落地，并对商家体验和业务结果负责； 6、持续关注大模型、多模态、Agent等领域的发展，主动研究新技术与新产品，探索其在电商场景中的实际价值。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、信息管理、经济学、统计学、设计等专业优先，专业不限； 2、对产品经理工作有强烈兴趣，具备良好的用户洞察、逻辑分析、产品设计和沟通协作能力；对电商、商家经营或平台型产品有兴趣，有相关实习、创业、校园项目或深度研究经历者优先； 3、对AI保持高热情和高敏感度，主动使用过主流大模型及AI产品，能够理解大模型的能力边界； 4、具备较强的动手能力，能够借助AI编程、低代码或原型工具快速验证产品想法；有独立完成AI产品、Agent、工作流或相关项目经验者优先； 5、追求产品体验优化，不仅满足基础功能实现，能够通过案例分析、数据指标和评测方法判断AI产品是否真正解决了用户问题； 6、学习速度快、主动性强，面对不确定问题能够快速形成假设、开展验证并持续迭代。
