1、作为COE团队成员，与区域EO团队紧密协作，理解运营痛点，推动全球职业道德项目在效率、质量、合规与可审计性方面实现可衡量的改进； 2、负责系统与运营监控：支持全球职业道德系统与工作流的设计、实施与治理，包括Speak Up举报平台、案件管理系统（CMS）、数据看板、违纪档案与系统间数据互通；跟踪调查时效（TAT）、超期案件、质量缺口等运营指标，开展质量评估（QA），管理内部数据调取与合规名单，并跟进整改闭环； 3、负责Speak Up管理与政策协调：负责全球Speak Up项目的日常运营，管理举报受理渠道，对CMS及非CMS举报进行程序性核查，协调案件分流与流转，维护统一的违纪档案；支持跨区域对齐，并推动公司职业道德政策（员工行为准则、利益冲突、礼品与招待、Speak Up、反歧视、骚扰与霸凌制度（NDAH）、社交媒体政策、飞书社区准则等）与全球运营标准的定期更新； 4、负责项目评估与风险报告：支持全球职业道德项目评估，包括组织健康度调研、行业对标；协助准备呈报相关部门、R&R季度会议、人效评估及管理层临时需求的报告，就职业道德指标、案件趋势与项目有效性提供可视化洞察； 5、参与项目、创新与能力建设：参与战略项目，包括AI在职业道德运营中的应用（如AI辅助举报、证据分析），支持试点并将成熟方案推广至各BU全球落地；共建共享赋能资源（知识库、模板、案例库），促进中国与国际团队之间的最佳实践共享。

1、本科及以上学历，商业、风险管理、合规、公共政策或相关专业优先； 2、具备职业道德与合规、风险管理、调查、法务或相关职能经验； 3、有案件管理/Speak Up或热线平台的实操经验，包括数据报告、流程管理与运营工具； 4、具备较强的数据分析与项目评估能力，有QA、运营监控、审计经验，能把数据转化为可落地的洞察； 5、具备较强的项目管理与跨职能协调能力，能推动跨地区、跨文化、跨层级项目落地，处理敏感与保密事项时具备高度的诚信、审慎与职业判断力； 6、具备流利的普通话能力，能够与相关方高效沟通并审阅中文材料，具备英文理解和沟通能力，能够与非中团队有效沟通。

加分项 1、在合规、法务或监察领域有AI工具、流程自动化或数字化转型的实际经验； 2、在高速增长、全球化的科技环境中领导过职业道德与合规项目，社交媒体、内容平台或数字娱乐行业经验优先； 3、在矩阵化全球组织中，有职业道德案件管理系统、内部调查、风险评估与质量保证流程经验； 4、具备跨文化环境适应力，能与全球团队及管理层高效沟通协作。
