1、负责大语言模型在RAG知识问答、查询诊断类插件场景的落地，制定应用层的产品策略； 2、协同运营和研发，负责Agent产品的应答能力提升，包括知识运营及策略梳理，实现产品的核心指标提升； 3、负责各类模型的效果评测、归因，并制定模型的优化策略。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、通信、数据分析等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的中文基础，能够从语法、结构等角度抽象大模型的应答策略，了解大模型的基本原理和技术边界； 3、具备优秀的沟通推动能力、结构化表达能力、总结归纳能力、业务理解能力及逻辑思维能力，工作中表现出较强的自驱性与责任感； 4、实习周期半年以上，每周不少于4个工作日。
