1、AI方案设计：学习飞书产品和案例，针对制造业“研发、生产、供应、销售、服务”等应用场景，为客户设计AI解决方案； 2、AI应用搭建：利用飞书和AI编程工具，快速搭建从概念到最小可行性产品的方案Demo，验证方案的交互流程与业务价值； 3、知识运营：协助团队沉淀最佳方案、案例、打单心法，经验沉淀与复用； 4、客户交流：支持客户飞书产品交流和技术答疑。

1、本科及以上学历在读，理工科（计算机、软件工程、电子信息、信息管理、自动化）相关专业或跨学科背景（如理工+商科/设计）优先； 2、对AI高度热爱，并深度使用，掌握提示词工程的原理和使用技巧，对新工具充满好奇，是AI编程工具（Trae/Cursor/Copilot等）的活跃用户，乐于尝试用技术手段解决繁琐问题；且具备较强技术动手能力的同学优先； 3、对飞书产品有一定了解，乐于知识沉淀与分享； 4、具备良好的逻辑思维能力和团队协作意识，能够清晰地进行技术沟通，结果导向； 5、能够保证每周实习4天以上，连续实习6个月以上者优先。
