ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：字节跳动PDI搜索团队主要负责AI抖音、今日头条、西瓜视频等产品的搜索工程、算法创新和架构研发工作。我们的职责是用前沿的技术去打造一个用户体验佳、信息效率高的搜索引擎产品。我们的愿景是做一款用户首选的搜索引擎，我们的使命是助力搜索技术与产品在AI时代的变革与演进。团队主要负责抖音、今日头条、西瓜视频、问答和百科等产品的业务研发和架构研发工作。我们使用前沿的前端、客户端和服务端技术赋能于搜索业务的快速迭代，并在技术上不断创新和突破。同时专注于大流量、高并发、低延时的搜索系统的构建，在性能优化上，追求从内存、Disk等优化到业务架构和网络协议的创新探索，在迭代效能上不断探索容器化、动态化、搭建化等方案的创新，技术氛围强，充分给同学们提供自我成长的机会。

1、参与AI搜索中台的基建能力建设，参与RAG知识库构建、Agent编排、Agent评测、Agent/Tool/Skill/Data市场、内容安全、Agent可观测等平台能力建设，支持公司内部业务快速搭建AI搜索产品能力； 2、参与搜索平台能力建设，以搜索效果质量保障和研发效率提升为目标，构建抓取评估、安全干预、诊断大师、负面案例管理、数据飞轮等产品矩阵，为抖音搜索、豆包搜索、AI抖音、今日头条搜索等业务线提供一站式接入服务； 3、深度参与AI在搜索场景的工程化落地或者模型调优，包括但不限于机评Agent、智能归因Agent、平台AI Coding等建设； 4、建设AI时代的搜索平台架构，利用AI技术构建开发者生态，保障性能与稳定性，提供通用、低成本的平台接入能力。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、具备以下方向之一即可： 1）前端方向：熟练掌握JavaScript、CSS、HTML、协议、安全、网络、性能优化等前端技术，对主流前端框架（React、Vue等）至少一种有深入应用并理解其设计原理； 2）后端方向：熟练掌握Golang或Python，理解并发模型、微服务架构、RPC、数据库（MySQL/Redis/ES）及性能优化； 3）算法方向：熟悉大模型后训练技术栈，包括但不限于RLHF/DPO/PPO等对齐算法、LoRA/QLoRA等高效微调方法、偏好数据构造与清洗、奖励模型训练与评估； 3、熟悉Agent开发、RAG、Harness Engineering、LLM-as-a-Judge等技术，有大模型应用落地经验优先； 4、有参与过中等复杂度以上的项目，或有其他的实习经验； 5、具备良好的服务意识、责任心和学习能力，有优秀的沟通协作能力。
