日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：字节跳动内部创新业务团队，专注研究新技术赛道相关领域产品，落地AI智能化创新。

1、负责AI业务相关的数据分析工作，包括数据采集、异动归因、看板搭建、实验分析以及其他日常数据分析工作； 2、参与数据体系建设，协助资深分析师完成业务数据指标的设计与建设落地，通过有效的数据建设为业务的日常决策提供数据能力支撑； 3、梳理业务需求及逻辑，协助资深分析师对产品迭代的实验效果进行分析，帮助业务明确收益、定位问题或发现机会，参与策略的制定。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、统计学、数学等相关专业优先； 2、熟练使用SQL，熟悉常用数据统计和分析方法； 3、熟悉Power BI、Tableau等数据可视化工具； 4、良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神和主动意识； 5、良好的逻辑思维能力、业务解读能力和快速学习能力。
