1、参与研发字节跳动自研交换机、路由器、网关、P4可编程设备等软件系统，服务于GW级超大型数据中心、骨干网、边缘网络以及字节云火山引擎等场景； 2、面向AI/机器学习等高性能场景，探索并落地RDMA高性能网络方案，结合P4可编程、在网计算、端网融合等技术提升网络效率与性能； 3、在网络可编程与软硬协同方向，基于P4可编程芯片、DPU、FPGA等平台能力，参与构建可编程基础设施与超融合网络平台，推进网关/边缘/在网计算等网络业务的芯片卸载与加速； 4、与系统、硬件、芯片、平台等多团队协作，从需求、设计、开发、测试到上线全流程参与，沉淀可复用的工程能力与技术影响力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、网络工程、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的编程基础，熟练掌握至少一门语言（C/C++/Python/Go等），有良好的数据结构与算法基础； 3、了解Linux基础与网络基础（内核、TCP/IP、路由交换基础概念等），对网络系统软件研发有强烈兴趣。
