1、AI产品商家规模增长：负责抖音生活服务商家端AI产品用户增长，通过AI工具的推广为更多商家带来经营收益和效率提升，有机会接触商家端服务丰富的AI产品生态，包括但不限于AIGC、AI直播、AI经营分析、AI智能营销等商家全链路经营工具； 2、产品能力运营：紧密协同产品、业务等团队，推动AI产品的能力建设，深度参与前沿AI技术与业务产品的应用与实践，不断提升产品的竞争力和用户体验，确保产品能够满足业务场景并带来价值； 3、商家精细化运营：通过分析行业、GMV等维度的商家特征，为商家匹配适当的产品、运营策略，根据产品所处阶段匹配不同目标用户，根据商家成长路径组合多种AI产品工具。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、对AI行业产品保持高度热情，有模型优化、Agent搭建、Vibecoding等AI实践经历优先； 3、认真踏实，擅长问题洞察与需求发现，具备扎实的数理统计知识与分析技能，擅长逻辑思考，面对复杂问题，能清晰拆解思路并给出解决方案； 4、强目标导向，自驱力强，保持对学习的热情和好奇心； 5、具备项目管理能力、沟通协同和良好的合作意识与处理问题能力，面对跨团队协作，能主动带领成员高效管理进度、达成目标。
