1、负责抖音游戏用户产品和平台产品的研发和迭代； 2、结合AI，探索互动玩法的新形态，并落地到抖音系产品中； 3、深入发掘和分析业务需求，协调和串联上下游完成研发效率的提升。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2、计算机基础扎实，掌握数据结构与算法、操作系统/网络等基础，至少熟练一门编程语言； 3、独立或参与过完整的2D游戏项目（H5/Phaser/Godot/Unity2D等均可），理解游戏循环、状态管理、精灵/动画、资产与场景组织； 4、完整经历过至少一个AI项目从想法到落地的全过程（数据→训练/调用→评估→部署/上线），不只是跑通Demo； 5、了解Agent范式（ReAct/Tool Use/Planning/Memory等），动手搭建过Agent或多步LLM应用，能清晰讲解模块拆分； 6、了解LLM原理，预训练（Tokenize、数据预处理）、后训练（Instruction Tuning、LoRA、Agentic RL Training）、模型效果评测。

加分项： 1、熟悉主流Agent框架或自研过Agent Runtime； 2、有VLM/多模态模型实践经验； 3、熟悉TypeScript、Kotlin、Swift、Go等工程栈； 4、有开源贡献、技术博客或可展示的个人项目。
