1、设计与实现面向支付场景的Agent智能体，设计和研发领先的Agent模型与工程应用，持续优化智能体在复杂场景下的稳定性、成功率与成本； 2、参与并负责抖音支付核心系统的开发及维护，参与设计并实现具备可扩展性和可维护性的系统方案，参与公司级别的618、双十一等重要活动高并发保障； 3、参与并负责基于RAG的知识问答/助手类应用设计与开发，包括检索、召回、重排等模块的工程实现与调优，建设与维护知识库、索引与评测体系，提升检索准确率与整体体验； 4、参与并负责业务关键场景的Prompt/Skills等设计、调优与迭代管理，推动团队AI工程实践落地，持续提升AI贡献率； 5、参与并负责搭建和维护评测集与标注流程，对模型效果进行持续评估与数据驱动的优化； 6、不断探索和应用前沿的AI技术和方法，将合适的技术方案引入现有系统，推动业务创新和体验优化。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业； 2、熟练掌握Go（Golang优先）或Python/Java等至少一种后端开发语言，具备良好的工程能力与编码习惯； 3、熟悉MySQL数据库设计与性能优化，理解事务机制与索引优化原理；熟悉Redis等缓存系统原理与实践； 4、具备扎实的系统设计能力，对高并发、高可用系统设计有实践经验； 5、具备良好的问题分析能力、学习能力与团队协作能力； 6、具备产品意识，能够从业务视角理解系统价值，并推动技术方案落地；推进AlCoding、自动化评测，AI原声交付等Al驱动研发模式，提升商户研发效率与质量。
