日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：该团队负责字节跳动旗下部分内容安全产品的设计、质量把控和运营，保障产品安全，营造良好的内容创作和社区互动氛围。

1、基于产品与业务规划，负责日常业务需求沟通，完成需求收集与分析； 2、基于标准模板产出PRD，推动需求完成开发上线，参与包括需求评审、验收、推广全流程； 3、负责国际化AI数据服务团队B端平台的日常运营与支持工作，为使用相关平台的海内外用户提供专业支持； 4、负责响应平台用户日常咨询，平台数据资产/产品知识集合等文档的维护。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、英语可作为工作语言（CET-6及以上），有海外生活经验为佳； 3、熟练使用SQL或者Excel，具备数据分析和解读能力，能够独立并科学地处理业务数据优先； 4、具备PRD或者需求文档撰写经验，有产品或者产品运营经验优先； 5、工作细致，有较高的责任心和执行能力，具备较强的学习能力、理解能力，有良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力； 6、实习期至少4个月，每周不少于4天出勤。
