1、针对存内计算芯片的计算误差特性进行数据采集、处理、分析与建模； 2、基于对误差行为的理解，提出精度优化方法； 3、Python开发。

1、硕士学位及以上，集成电路、半导体、计算机、物理、材料、光电等理工科专业优先； 2、有较强的Python编程、数据分析能力，有基本的半导体器件和电路知识； 3、对数据分析/建模、优化算法感兴趣，有芯片行业工作经历优先。
