1、负责抖音直播主播供给和主播不同模式（团播、多人、连屏等）业务的技术研发工作，技术方向包括服务端工程师、全栈开发工程师、AI Agent开发工程师； 2、深入理解用户和业务需求，设计合理的、可面向未来扩展的技术方案，保障技术效率和产品体验；除了支持好业务需求以外，善于用技术赋能业务或用户，包括不限于技术创新的尝试、AI赋能业务或用户等不断创造技术价值； 3、不断完善系统技术能力，建设AI友好的技术框架和系统，在保障好系统稳定性的同时，保障好技术效率。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件等计算机相关专业； 2、具备扎实的计算机和编程基础，掌握常用的数据结构和算法，熟练掌握至少一门编程语言，并了解常用的开发框架； 3、熟悉数据库、消息队列、缓存等组件的使用及这些组件的特性原理，并了解分布式系统开发； 4、对AI Coding感兴趣，熟练使用AI编程工具，并能够验证AI Coding准确性； 5、积极乐观，责任心强，具备良好的服务意识及沟通协作能力。
