1、参与抖音电商搜索、智能导购、种草转化、决策下单等场景的用户需求分析与问题拆解，结合大模型和生成式AI能力，协助推进AI电商搜索产品方案设计与体验优化； 2、参与AI智能导购核心场景建设，包括搜索意图理解、智能问答导购、商品推荐、多轮对话决策、场景化种草等方向，帮助提升用户搜索体验和交易转化效率； 3、参与大模型在电商交易搜索场景中的产品落地，协助完成策略拆解、规则设计、效果评估和迭代优化，并与算法、研发团队共同推动模型能力在业务中的应用； 4、参与AI产品从需求分析、方案设计、PRD撰写、上线跟进到数据复盘的完整流程，在实际业务中不断打磨产品体验，沉淀对AI产品设计与落地的理解。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、数据科学、电子信息、数学、统计学、信息管理、工业工程、设计、心理学等相关专业优先； 2、对AI产品、大模型应用、搜索产品或电商产品方向有浓厚兴趣，了解大模型、生成式AI的基本原理和常见应用方式，对Prompt、检索增强、多轮对话、Agent等方向有一定认知者优先； 3、具备较强的逻辑分析能力和结构化思考能力，具备基础的数据分析能力，能够从用户需求、业务目标和数据反馈中发现问题并提出解决思路； 4、具备良好的沟通协作能力和执行力，能够与产品、算法、研发、设计等多角色同学高效配合，共同推进项目落地； 5、对新技术保持好奇心和学习热情，愿意拥抱AI原生工作方式，具备快速学习和持续迭代的能力。
