团队介绍：字节芯片研发团队目前工作主要集中在芯片设计环节，主要围绕字节自身业务展开芯片探索，为字节多项业务的专用场景定制硬件优化，设计多款基于先进半导体工艺的云端复杂芯片，以期提升性能、降低成本。早期若干芯片项目已经进入到量产部署阶段，有多次一版成功的投片经历，所用工艺包含多个主流的先进工艺节点。与基础设施各团队之间工作的整体协同，能更容易和更好地发挥芯片研发的价值。

1、负责芯片验证与软件功能的方案设计、编码、测试、联调等工作； 2、负责芯片驱动的开发（PCIe/USB/Phy/I2C/SPI/timer/efuse等）； 3、负责问题定界/定位、问题解决等，持续提升产品质量，负责软件模块的看护及重构，持续提升代码质量； 4、探索新型芯片架构、新器件等技术在产品的应用。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、电子科学与技术、信息与通信工程、数学、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握C/C++编程语言，有良好的编程习惯；对数据结构、算法有一定了解； 3、熟悉计算机组成原理，操作系统原理，大模型等，对CPU、Linux、RTOS有一定的了解； 4、具备较强的学习能力、逻辑思维和问题排查能力，工作认真负责，有良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作意识。

加分项： 1、熟悉CPU体系结构，有过驱动、操作系统等软件开发经验； 2、参加过软件编程大赛、开源社区活动，并获得奖项和荣誉； 3、熟悉使用AI工具，有AI辅助软件开发实践经验。
