1、评测体系设计：面向搜索广告变现场景，定义理想态与评估标准，设计评测方法，并结合人工与自动评估手段，建立反映用户价值与商业效率的评估体系； 2、制定评测标准与数据集：基于理想态，制定评估标准与打分尺度，负责出题、题库建设、质检与持续迭代；组织CQC等标注团队拉齐执行尺度，保障评估一致性； 3、评测产品化：推动评测在实验平台与数据平台上工程化落地（自动评估链路、抽样、抓Trace诊断、看板监控），提升评测效率； 4、问题诊断与策略迭代：通过评测结果与案例分析定位模型、策略与产品问题，输出可执行优化项，联动算法等团队推动模型生产质量与广告体验提升。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网产品经验，有大模型/搜广推/内容策略等相关领域评测标准与模型评测经验； 2、熟悉主流的评测方法，主导过评估体系从0到1的搭建或重大迭代； 3、有独立分析和解决问题的能力、逻辑思维缜密； 4、具备良好的跨团队沟通与复杂项目的管理能力，工作细致有耐心、勇于挑战。
