1、研究和分析关键Workload（如AI、大数据、云计算、高性能计算等）的特征，探索对芯片设计的优化方案； 2、评估和优化芯片软硬件协同设计，包括指令集优化、微架构改进、编译器/运行时优化等； 3、搭建和使用性能模拟器、仿真工具进行实验，验证新架构方案的可行性和性能收益； 4、参与ARM、RISC-V及其他开放架构生态的研究，探索开源硬软件协同优化的可能性； 5、撰写研究报告，并有机会参与学术论文或专利的撰写。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，计算机体系结构、电子工程、计算机科学等相关专业； 2、具备良好的编程能力，熟悉C/C++、Python； 3、熟悉计算机体系结构基本知识，如流水线、缓存、分支预测、乱序执行等； 4、了解RISC-V或其他主流CPU指令集，如X86、ARM，有相关优化经验者优先； 5、熟悉CPU/GPU性能分析工具，如perf、VTune、Gem5、Simics等； 6、具备良好的分析能力和研究能力，有学术论文发表经验者优先。
