日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、用户需求洞察与分析：协助用户研究团队通过深度访谈、焦点小组、问卷调研等多种方法，收集并分析各类人群在特定学习、工作、生活场景下的主要需求与痛点，寻找AI产品机会点； 2、产品价值测试与体验评估：参与AI产品/功能的概念测试、原型测试、上线后体验评估等，理解用户对产品/功能的价值感知，分析使用场景与使用习惯，评估产品/功能的易用性与满意度，为体验的迭代提升提供支撑； 3、产品分析与趋势研究：协助跟踪分析全球同类产品动态、开展相关产品体验研究，了解AI行业发展趋势及用户偏好变化，为产品的优化和创新提供参考建议； 4、报告撰写与汇报：协助整理研究数据，撰写用户研究报告，清晰、准确地呈现研究发现与建议； 5、参与团队内部的讨论和头脑风暴，贡献自己的想法和见解。

1、本科及以上学历在读，心理学/社会学/统计学/人机交互或相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的数据分析能力，掌握统计学基本原理，至少熟练使用SPSS/Stata/Python数据分析工具中一项； 3、熟练掌握深度访谈技巧，具备良好的文字功底和报告撰写能力，了解互联网产品用户研究工作方法，有实际项目经验者优先； 4、英文读写能力良好，能够无障碍阅读英文研究报告和文献，英语口语流利者优先； 5、责任心强，积极主动，乐于挑战新事物，具备较好的跨团队沟通协调能力； 6、实习时长至少3个月，每周到岗不少于4天。
