1、2年以上设计相关工作经验，具备优秀的交互和视觉综合能力； 2、设计基本功扎实，熟悉PC/APP端规范，精通Figma、AE等设计软件，了解AIGC工具，具备良好的用户意识与设计审美； 3、同理心强、逻辑清晰，沟通表达与协作推动能力较好； 4、对创新有热情，具备自学能力和自驱力，喜欢探索新技术应用，有AI相关项目经验优先。
