1、商家洞察与需求定义：深入调研商家在商品发布、信息维护、商品运营等核心场景中的经营行为与痛点，结合行业趋势与平台战略，输出产品方案，并主导从立项、设计到上线的全流程推进； 2、AI能力的产品化落地：将大模型、多模态识别、智能生成等前沿技术应用于发品、标题与卖点生成、主图/视频优化、类目属性预测、商品质量诊断等核心链路，赋能商家实现“低门槛发品、高质量呈现、智能化运营”，同步支持平台侧优质商品定义与品类洞察，显著提升商家经营效率、商品供给质量与平台运营效率； 3、数据驱动的产品迭代：建立工具效率、使用渗透、商家满意度、供给质量等核心指标体系，基于数据分析识别产品机会与体验断点，持续优化产品形态，推动业务指标稳定增长。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、统计、数学、信息类等理工科相关专业； 2、具备AI、机器学习、大数据相关课程学习经历者优先，逻辑清晰，具备良好的结构化分析能力，对数据敏感，掌握SQL/Python等数据分析工具，能够基于数据形成独立的产品判断与观点； 3、对电商行业具备浓厚兴趣与持续关注，熟悉主流电商平台的商品与经营玩法，具备独立思考能力与产品创新意识； 4、好奇心强，学习速度快，偏好高挑战性业务课题，能够将复杂业务问题拆解为可落地的AI应用路径，具备较强的自驱力与责任意识； 5、沟通表达清晰，能够与研发、算法、设计、运营等多职能团队高效协作，适应电商行业多任务并行的工作环境，责任心突出。

加分项 1、具备AI相关项目实战经验（大模型应用、AIGC、智能推荐、AI Agent或工具类等课程项目、竞赛或个人作品均可）； 2、曾自主研究电商领域AI产品方向（如智能发品、AI客服、智能选品、动态定价等），并产出过创新思路或行业分析。
