团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、负责豆包视觉理解大模型及世界模型的能力评测或数据生产，包括但不限于图像、视频、具身智能、智能硬件等前沿领域，构建或挖掘引领模型发展、洞见模型短板的数据集，并通过专业的分析，推动模型优化； 2、深入洞察用户需求，结合模型发展阶段，明确模型迭代目标，探索优化数据生产策略或自动评测链路，为整个数据工作提效； 3、与产品研发团队紧密合作，积极参与需求分析、方案讨论和任务拆解，独立对接并负责专项任务的流程推进，组织和管理多渠道数据团队，确保项目目标按时、高质量达成； 4、根据业务特点，探索智能、有效的数据标注或评估方案，主导开发标注或评估模型及工具。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，统计学/数学/计算机/心理学等专业优先； 2、有数理统计基础和代码基础优先，具备较强的逻辑思维，能够对业务逻辑进行合理的抽象和拆分； 3、有较好的文本编辑能力与学习能力，具备不错的知识广度，对模型回答的质量有判断与感知； 4、具备项目管理经验，能进行跨部门沟通，有统筹协调多方拿结果的能力，有强烈的工作责任心，较好的学习能力，能够快速的响应和行动； 5、持续关注其在行业和场景中的应用，对新产品、新技术有好奇心和探索执行力； 6、工作细致有耐心，能适应多变的环境，具备较强的沟通表达能力、自驱力、执行力。
