1、负责整体产品系统规划，围绕物料入厂、新品导入、量产制程、质量检验、变更合规、异常改善、成品出货等制造链路，制定系统开发路线图、版本节奏及阶段目标； 2、负责需求池管理和优先级判断，统筹NPI、IQC、SQE、生产质量、变更、追溯、制造看板等业务场景，识别核心痛点并转化为可落地的系统需求、流程规则和验收标准； 3、负责生产制造系统全生命周期推进，包含规划、方案评审、版本计划、系统开发跟进、试点上线、问题闭环、用户培训和运营复盘，对系统上线结果、业务适配度和项目里程碑达成负责； 4、负责各方包含不限于建设方、供应链、NPI、工厂及相关业务团队的跨团队协同，明确双方权责、资源投入、交付边界和升级机制，推动重大阻塞在规定周期内闭环； 5、负责此项目风险和决策项管理，每周输出项目状态、风险清单、问题闭环进展及关键决策需求，确保需求变更、范围调整、上线延期等风险可追溯、可升级、可复盘； 6、负责版本验收和上线运营机制建设，组织相关方验收、试点工厂反馈收集、上线效果评估和持续优化，推动系统从“可上线”走向“可用、好用、可持续运营”。

1、本科及以上学历，工业工程、质量管理、供应链管理、电子信息、计算机等相关专业优先；具备5年以上产品项目经理工作经验，有制造、供应链、质量数字化、MES/QMS/PLM/SRM等系统产品或项目管理经验优先； 2、熟悉服务器、电子产品或复杂硬件制造流程，理解NPI导入、来料质量、制程质量、成品检验、异常闭环、变更管理、质量追溯等业务场景； 3、具备较强的产品规划和需求管理能力，能够把离散业务流程、线下表单和跨系统数据转化为清晰的系统功能、流程规则、字段口径和验收用例； 4、具备复杂项目管理能力，能够同时管理1个主版本和1个小版本，推动系统开发、业务、工厂和外部建设方按里程碑交付，并能在重大阻塞出现后及时组织升级；有0到1建设制造管控系统、供应链质量平台、工厂数字化系统，或主导多工厂/多供应商系统上线经验者优先； 5、具备良好的跨团队沟通和推动能力，能够在需求优先级、资源投入、系统边界、流程变更等存在分歧的场景下推动共识，并形成可执行的决策记录； 6、具备数据意识和运营意识，熟悉指标口径、看板、预警、权限、主数据和接口管理的基本方法，能够推动系统上线后的数据质量、用户使用和流程执行持续改善。
