1、设计与实现面向支付场景的Agent智能体，设计和研发领先的Agent模型与工程应用，持续优化智能体在复杂场景下的稳定性、成功率与成本； 2、参与并负责抖音支付核心系统的开发及维护，参与设计并实现具备可扩展性和可维护性的系统方案，参与公司级别的618、双十一等重要活动高并发保障； 3、参与并负责基于RAG的知识问答/助手类应用设计与开发，包括检索、召回、重排等模块的工程实现与调优；建设与维护知识库、索引与评测体系，提升检索准确率与整体体验； 4、参与并负责业务关键场景的Prompt/Skills/AI Native设计、调优与迭代管理，推动团队AI工程实践落地，持续提升AI贡献率； 5、参与并负责搭建和维护评测集与标注流程，对模型效果进行持续评估与数据驱动的优化； 6、不断探索和应用前沿的AI技术和方法，将合适的技术方案引入现有系统，推动业务创新和体验优化。

1、本科及以上学历，具备AI应用开发经验，熟悉Java/PHP/C++/Go/Python中的至少一种技术语言，具备前端基础知识优先； 2、深刻理解计算机原理，有良好的数据结构和算法基础，熟练掌握数据库、缓存、消息队列的原理及应用，有优秀的系统设计能力； 3、创新能力和创新意识比较强，对于不断探索新的AI技术和应用场景有强烈意愿和主观能动性，能紧跟AI领域的最新发展动态，不断提升自己的专业知识和技能； 4、对于Agent，RAG，LangChain等有基本的认知和理解；有0-1搭建AI应用项目的相关经历，熟悉LLM应用架构，PE工程化和数据评测等为加分项； 5、在高并发、高可靠金融场景中，落地AI能力（如客服助手、业务增长、智能决策等）的经验为加分项，对AI应用的安全合规、隐私保护有基本认识者优先； 6、有收银、支付、金融业等核心系统研发经验为加分项。
