1、负责字节跳动Seed大模型的预训练数据策略与生产，覆盖LLM、VLM及多模态模型；围绕模型能力目标，开展高质量数据寻源、采集解析、清洗去重、筛选、配比、合成和规模化生产，持续提升数据的质量、多样性及有效性； 2、负责Seed大模型的后训练数据策略与生产，覆盖Pretrain Midtrain、SFT、RL等阶段，以及Code、Agent、多模态和Application等重点方向；围绕模型能力薄弱点，建设任务构造、环境搭建、Agent轨迹生成与分析、Verifier/Reward、自动评测和训练反馈回流能力； 3、建设面向复杂任务的数据生产体系，支撑代码生成、General Agent、GUI Agent、Tool Use、长程任务及真实应用场景；通过Workflow编排、环境与任务Scaling、轨迹筛选、质量门禁和自迭代机制，提升训练数据的规模、质量与可复用性； 4、参与大模型数据生产平台和基础设施建设，将数据采集、标注、合成、环境、调度、质检、评测和回流沉淀为标准能力；探索Agent驱动的智能标注、数据生成、价值评估、错误修正和自动化数据生产，提升整体生产效率； 5、与预训练、后训练算法团队及产品、评测、业务团队协作，将模型训练实验、能力评测和真实用户反馈转化为可验证的数据方案，形成“能力分析—数据生产—模型训练—效果验证”的持续迭代体系。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程、数学、自动化等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的机器学习和深度学习基础，理解Transformer、预训练、持续预训练、SFT、RL等基本原理，对数据质量、数据配比与模型能力之间的关系有较深入的认识； 3、在LLM、VLM、代码生成、Agent、多模态学习、强化学习或Data-Centric AI等至少一个方向有研究或项目经验；具备大模型预训练或后训练数据实践经验者优先； 4、能够基于模型评测和训练实验分析能力问题，提出数据假设、设计验证实验，并根据实验结果持续迭代数据策略； 5、具备良好的编程和工程能力，熟练使用Python，掌握Go、Java/Kotlin、TypeScript、C++等一种或多种语言；有PyTorch、Transformers、大规模数据处理或分布式任务系统经验者优先； 6、在大模型、多模态、机器学习、自然语言处理或计算机视觉相关方向有高质量研究成果，或在NeurIPS、ICML、ICLR、ACL、EMNLP、CVPR等顶级会议发表论文者优先；富有好奇心和自驱力，具备较强的研究能力、开放问题解决能力及沟通协作能力，兼具算法理解与工程落地能力者优先。
