1、支持抖音电商商家端产品团队，负责分析消费者需求，发现商品/内容的供给机会，提供更丰富且高质量的商品供给和内容供给； 2、在资深同事指导下，做好数据分析、定性调研，明确商家需求； 3、负责AI技术在商家商品侧产品的应用，分析商家痛点、明确AI解决方案、协同算法工程落地； 4、参与产品的设计与管理，通过工具、数据、AI手段，帮助商家发布好商品、好内容，并提升操作效率； 5、根据产品目标，排优先级，协调资源，做好产品研发管理，保障产品按时、高质量上线； 6、协同产品运营，做好产品上线后持续运营，根据反馈持续优化。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机/商业分析/统计学/数据分析等相关专业优先； 2、对AI技术有研究实践的优先，热爱电商行业，有过电商平台实习经历优先，有电商平台开店经验优先； 3、学习能力强，思维敏捷，逻辑思维能力优秀，数据分析、问题解决能力强； 4、有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，具备快速适应环境变化的能力； 5、有责任心，确保工作质量与效率。
