日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、针对豆包大模型战略客户，辅助开展产品和解决方案支持工作；与销售、售前及相关部门协作，推进模型及解决方案拓展，涵盖需求理解、初次交流、方案初步落地、日常故障协助处理等全流程支持； 2、协助推进模型产品化及GTM落地工作；协助整理GTM材料与策略，汇总市场侧模型需求、负面案例及常见问题并反馈至算法与产品侧，配合算法部门完成相关协调工作。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程、电子信息、通信工程等相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握一种主流编程语言（如Python），能快速将围绕模型设计的解决方案，通过代码来辅助工程实现； 3、具备出色的团队协作和沟通能力，目标导向，执行力强； 4、对人工智能领域怀有浓厚兴趣，并有持续投入的学习热情，有学习作品；了解生成式人工智能的最新行业动态、应用方向；对生成式人工智能短、中、长期在各领域落地的路径和可行性有自己的思考和判断； 5、对Coding和Agent深入了解，有实践做过Multi-Agent项目。

加分项 1、有大模型企业或实验室的产品解决方案实习经历； 2、拥有可展示的个人项目、GitHub作品集、技术博客请在简历中附上链接或说明； 3、学习成绩优异，获得过奖学金； 4、具备优秀的英语读写、商务英语沟通交流能力。
