1、参与基于Android平台的AI硬件产品系统体验设计与原型实现，探索AI Native Interface在系统层的交互形态； 2、围绕Android系统交互、渲染表现、动效反馈与多模态输入输出，定义可验证的体验方案和工程协作规格； 3、负责AI Assistant、Agent工作流、多模态交互方向的产品体验设计创新，将概念快速转化为可运行、可验证的落地原型，推动设计方案产品化； 4、跨产品、设计、算法、Android系统与应用工程团队紧密协作，共同定义AI硬件产品的系统级体验； 5、沉淀系统动效、AI状态反馈、图形视觉语言与原型方法论，持续提升Android AI硬件产品整体体验质量。

1、3年以上设计工程工作经验； 2、具备设计与工程跨域协作能力，能够在体验定义、原型验证、技术落地全链路建立高效协同； 3、理解AI助手、Agent、工作流、多模态交互等产品形态，能够平衡AI自动化能力与用户控制权的体验边界； 4、拥有扎实审美、动效节奏感与系统化思维，动效与视觉表现始终服务于产品语义而非单纯装饰； 5、熟悉Android平台设计与技术体系，理解系统交互、窗口层级、动画机制、渲染性能与移动端性能约束； 6、具备原型开发能力，熟练掌握Web/SwiftUI/Jetpack Compose等前后端技术快速构建原型，掌握OpenGL/Skia/Metal至少一种图形或动效技术，具备优秀沟通协作与原型驱动意识，能够推动产品、设计、工程团队达成共识，对AI OS、Android ROM、原生AI交互、下一代智能硬件、系统动效与实时图形体验有持续热忱与深度关注。
