1、深入理解生活服务商家的经营模式与服务链路，参与商家问题识别、服务标准建设及考核机制优化，协助提升商家服务质量和平台体验； 2、围绕不同层级商家的服务诉求，参与设计差异化服务运营策略，支持重点商家的服务权益、问题响应和经营保障机制建设； 3、探索AI、大模型或智能工具在问题识别、客服辅助、知识沉淀、服务提效等环节的应用机会，协助将业务专家经验、典型服务案例和高频问题沉淀为结构化知识、标准流程或AI Agent能力输入，提升服务响应效率和解决效果； 4、基于数据分析、业务反馈和典型案例，识别商家服务链路中的关键问题，输出分析结论，推动相关优化动作落地； 5、协同产品、技术、BD、客服等团队，参与复杂跨职能项目推进，跟进方案落地、效果复盘和服务口碑建设。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，统计学、商业分析、数据分析、经济学、电子商务、传播学、社会学、计算机等专业优先； 2、对生活服务业务商家服务运营方向有兴趣，愿意深入一线业务场景，了解商家遇到的真实问题； 3、对AI、大模型、LLM应用或智能产品方向有浓厚兴趣，愿意深入理解模型能力在真实业务场景中的表现与问题； 4、具备较强的逻辑、结构化思考能力和基础数据分析能力，对数据敏感，能够通过数据、案例和业务反馈发现问题并形成清晰结论； 5、责任心强，执行力和自驱力较好，具备良好的沟通协同能力，能够在多团队协作中推进事项落地； 6、熟悉Excel、SQL、数据分析工具，或有商家服务运营、AI产品/智能客服相关实习经历者优先。
