1、AI原生业务规划与决策： 1）与产品负责人共同制定业务目标、年度规划和重点策略； 2）建立由AI支持的经营决策体系，持续整合产品数据、用户反馈、销售洞察和市场动态； 3）利用AI加速问题发现、根因分析、情景模拟和机会评估，提高决策速度与质量； 4）将复杂、模糊的业务问题转化为清晰判断、优先级和可执行方案； 5）推动团队从周期性人工汇报转向持续、主动、异常驱动的业务管理； 2、智能化经营体系建设： 1）搭建核心指标体系和经营看板，覆盖用户增长、产品渗透、留存、ARPA、收入和运营效率； 2）联合数据科学与工程团队建设经营分析Agent，实现指标监控、异常归因、趋势预测和洞察生成； 3）推动常规报表、业务复盘、信息汇总和管理汇报的自动化； 4）建立从“发现信号—形成判断—采取行动—验证结果”的闭环经营机制； 5）确保AI生成的分析具有可靠数据来源、清晰逻辑和必要的人工校验； 3、AI驱动的增长与重点项目： 1）负责跨产品、跨区域和跨职能的重要业务项目，从问题定义、方案设计到落地验证全程推进； 2）利用AI更高效地分析用户分群、增长漏斗、市场机会和产品采用障碍； 3）联合产品、运营和GTM团队设计增长策略、实验方案与规模化路径； 4）推动团队快速验证假设，并根据实际业务结果持续迭代； 5）将有效的方法沉淀为可复用的playbook、Agent或自动化工作流； 4、用户与市场智能： 1）建设统一的Voice of Customer体系，利用AI汇总和分析用户研究、工单、销售反馈及社区信息； 2）从大量非结构化信息中识别重复出现的用户问题、需求变化和潜在产品机会； 3）持续跟踪行业趋势与产品动态，并转化为产品策略和业务建议； 4）与产品团队共同制定adoption、用户迁移和GTM策略，评估上线后的真实业务影响； 5、AI原生组织协作： 1）推动产品、数据科学、销售、运营和各业务团队围绕共同目标开展协作； 2）重新设计OKR、业务复盘、资源配置和优先级管理机制，减少低价值协调与信息搬运； 3）帮助团队建立以问题和结果为中心，而非以职能边界为中心的工作方式； 4）与AI Captain合作，将高价值业务需求转化为可落地的Agent和自动化能力。

1、5年以上商业运营、战略运营、产品战略、产品运营、商业分析或产品运营工作经验； 2、具备优秀的业务判断和结构化分析能力，能够从复杂数据和模糊信息中提炼核心结论； 3、有搭建指标体系、经营机制或推动业务增长的实际经验； 4、具备业务转化与落地能力： 1）熟练使用生成式AI开展研究、分析和内容生成，并能识别适合由Agent重构的业务流程； 2）能够将业务问题转化为数据需求、产品机会、实验方案或自动化工作流； 3）具备较强的产品意识和用户视角，不满足于输出分析，而能推动方案落地并验证结果； 5、具备优秀的跨团队影响力，英文可作为工作语言，能够推动不同职能围绕共同目标采取行动，在全球化团队中高效协作。

加分项 1、有广告平台、商业化产品、创作者生态或SMB产品经验； 2、有AI产品、AI Transformation、产品增长、GTM、管理咨询或战略运营背景； 3、熟悉SQL、实验设计、因果分析、预测模型或数据可视化； 4、有搭建分析Agent、市场情报系统或Voice of Customer系统的经验； 5、有全球或多区域业务运营经验； 6、有将AI洞察转化为实际产品或业务结果的成功案例。
