团队介绍：AI 工具运营部门，是抖音集团旗下为中国内容质量与数据服务平台提供运营管理、技术赋能、产品优化等专业解决方案的团队；主要承接平台产品运营、辅助功能开发、独立工具建设相关的业务，与产品、技术等团队紧密合作，在作业平台能力优化、审核 / 标注 / 采集能力赋能、空白场景工具建设等 AI 工具全链路运营环节，共同推动工具作业质量及效率持续提升、风险 case 有效降低与技术体系不断完善。”

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协同管理运营需求全流程，支撑全量需求的统一承载与闭环运转，跟踪需求从提报到交付的全链路效率，推动流程透明化与提效； 2、负责部门内需求管理相关数据监控及日常运营，跟踪需求交付对业务指标的实际影响，支撑业务周会数据公开信息； 3、对需求健康度进行数据分析（需求分布、异常/滞留占比等），识别风险需求并跟踪交付； 4、通过Bot、文档、会议等渠道宣传推广产品/工具/插件类标杆提效案例，推动跨群组工具复用提升。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、每周可实习至少3天，实习周期不少于6个月； 3、技能要求：熟练使用数据透视表、函数等，有数据整理或看板搭建经验者优先； 4、具备良好的逻辑思维和自我驱动能力，能清晰梳理业务流程并推动跨团队协作。

加分项： 1、有需求管理、项目运营或行业实习经验优先； 2、关注Al前沿技术动态，具备Skill使用或搭建经验者优先。
