1、分析市场和用户需求，确定团队技术方向； 2、负责企业协作产品中AI相关服务的设计/实现/运维，并负责全球范围下的分布式系统设计实现，解决私有部署架构下的部署能力； 3、设计和实现企业服务中的数据管理、机器学习训练推理等模块的架构和优化； 4、指导其他工程师，参与技术、代码评审等工作。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业或者AI相关方向领域优先； 2、基础数据结构和算法能力扎实，代码能力扎实，了解代码的最佳实践； 3、熟悉至少2门服务端开发语言并精通其中一门，如Golang，C++，Python等； 4、熟悉分布式服务的部署、运维、监控架构以及相关框架技术，有过大型复杂系统的开发和运维经验； 5、了解机器学习和AI算法的大致原理，有过AI技术的工程落地经验优先；熟悉深度学习的工程架构，包括部署、运维、在线训练架构等优先； 6、有良好的产品概念，能够自驱找到解决产品问题的方案并进行工程化。
