团队介绍：AI芯片团队深耕人工智能芯片研发领域，产品覆盖云端与终端场景，致力于提供高效率、低成本的AI芯片及 SoC 解决方案，满足公司内外AI及相关业务的算力需求。团队自主设计了多款AI芯片，涵盖推理、训练场景，具有高性能、高精度、高灵活性、编译器友好、低成本等特点。核心AI加速核与AI软件栈均为自主研发，具备完整知识产权，能够支撑面向不同模型、不同部署场景的持续演进与优化。

1、负责AI芯片系统软件的测试策略制定、规划与执行，保障测试活动有序、高效推进，协同研发团队达成高质量交付目标； 2、与研发团队紧密协作，分析测试需求，制定全面、合理且高效的测试方案与详细计划； 3、独立完成测试用例的设计、执行与迭代，出具专业测试报告，精准评估系统质量与风险，确保测试进度与覆盖度； 4、主导自动化测试脚本、工具及框架的开发与维护，通过自动化手段持续提升测试覆盖率和执行效率； 5、负责缺陷的提交、跟踪、验证与闭环，协助研发工程师进行问题复现、定位与根因分析； 6、基于测试数据与缺陷进行质量分析，主动推动测试流程、方法与工具的改进与创新，不断提升团队测试效能。

1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，有AI芯片/GPU/高性能计算领域系统软件测试或研发经验； 2、精通软件测试理论与方法，熟练掌握测试流程、测试用例设计方法及缺陷管理流程，具备优秀的需求分析与测试点提炼能力； 3、具备AI芯片、GPU系统软件驱动、固件或系统软件测试/开发经验，理解芯片产品开发生命周期及各阶段测试重点，熟悉GPU硬件架构与系统软件栈，理解PCIe、NVLink、GDR等关键技术； 4、具备扎实的Linux系统知识，能在用户态与内核态进行驱动软件测试、调试与分析的能力，具备扎实的网络基础，熟悉RDMA/DPDK等高性能网络技术，并有在Docker等容器化环境的测试经验； 5、掌握Shell/Python/Go中至少一门编程语言，能独立编写自动化测试脚本和工具，熟练使用Git、Jenkins、Pytest等常用开发与测试工具； 6、具备独立工作与多任务处理能力，能够在扁平化管理环境中自我驱动，并与跨职能团队高效协作。

加分项： 1、具备NVIDIA GPU或Mellanox（MLX）智能网卡深入测试经验的候选人优先； 2、精通CUDA或NCCL等并行计算与通信库者优先； 3、深入理解RoCEv2和OFED技术栈者优先； 4、具备独立开发复杂测试工具或平台的实战经验者优先。
