1、围绕生活服务商家和平台营收目标，开展广告AI能力的客户需求分析、业务目标拆解、产品定义，完善Agent能力评测到营收结果增益的逻辑链，持续度量收益并进行分析，判断Agent迭代导向、优先级； 2、通过对广告产品原理、生活服务交易供需的业务理解，和产品运营团队持续迭代评测标准和评测集，和算法团队通过样本建设到Post-train、深度参与调优过程，提升Agent能力指标； 3、通过对商家服务策略、销售技巧的提取，优化Agent的Context（Memory）、Skill，提供端到端个性化的服务方案，最终达成过程指标和营收结果增益。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，理工科优先； 2、优先广告策略应用AI、AI商家服务、AI搜索、AI导购等产品经验；具备优秀的策略设计、数据分析、洞察能力和逻辑思维； 3、对当前的Agent技术，尤其是SFT、CoT、Post-train有深入理解，有AI规模化实践或拿到业务收益的代表作优先； 4、具备良好的沟通能力，具备跨业务角色协调、解决问题的能力，有强烈的责任心和团队合作精神。
