1、负责法务AI的产品规划、需求分析、方案设计、产品落地实施及全生命周期管理，围绕知识产权、诉讼、合规审查、法务知识等核心场景，持续建设面向AI时代的新一代法务产品能力； 2、面向法务智能化方向，深入理解法务、合规等业务流程，识别高价值场景，推动大模型、AI Agent、知识库、工作流等能力在法务场景中的系统化落地； 3、与法务、合规以及各业务团队紧密协作，抽象业务模型，梳理规则、流程与数据资产，建设可复用、可扩展的法务AI能力，支撑多场景快速复制； 4、能够从业务目标出发，设计并推进AI Agent在具体业务场景中的端到端解决方案，覆盖问题定义、流程拆解、能力设计、效果评估、上线运营与持续优化； 5、跟踪国内外法务AI、企业AI Agent、智能知识管理等方向的发展趋势，结合行业最佳实践与公司实际需求，持续

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上产品经理工作经验； 2、对AI产品有较强认知，理解大模型、RAG、Agent、工作流编排、工具调用、知识库等核心能力，具备AI产品设计与落地经验； 3、具备使用AI Agent解决某一具体业务场景全链路问题的实践经验，能够清晰说明业务目标、流程拆解、关键决策点、系统方案、效果指标与落地价值； 4、具备优秀的结构化思考能力和抽象能力，能够在复杂、模糊的问题中快速识别本质，形成高质量解决方案。

加分项 1、有法律科技、法务数字化、合规风控、知识产权、诉讼管理等相关产品经验； 2、有AI产品、企业级Agent平台、Copilot/Assistant、智能工作流或知识工程建设经验； 3、对模型效果评测、提示词设计、知识治理、人机协同流程设计有较深入理解和实践。
