1、内容策略：基于消费用户需求、大模型能力、交互玩法等前置条件，定义AI内容画像； 2、内容增长：基于内容画像和内容供需关系，厘清内容增长优先级，灵活运用各种运营手段，提升重点方向AI内容的数量、质量； 3、创作者运营：根据内容增长需求，圈定AI创作者画像，制定拉新和促活手段，为AI创作者数量和活跃度负责； 4、内容破圈：促产可破圈的AI内容并协同市场、UG等部门落地破圈campaign； 5、内容泛化：推演AI内容泛化路径，协同模型、产品等部门共同迭代完成内容泛化。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上内容型/社区型平台运营经验优先；对作者运营/用户运营/内容运营非常熟悉；有小说、短剧方向工作经验或感兴趣/有理解是加分项； 2、内容意识好，至少对一个领域的内容有特别前瞻的理解与判断，善于维护和创作者的关系； 3、对数据敏感，具备数据分析能力，目标导向，逻辑思维能力强，能基于目标结构化拆解问题、分析问题、解决问题； 4、有较强的协调各方资源并推进项目的能力，能统筹和推动复杂项目，项目经验者优先； 5、对AIGC有信仰，有创业精神，能够保持高效的执行力；对产品运营工作有充分热情和好奇心，视工作为乐趣和事业。
