1、负责直播营收系统的整体设计与架构规划，结合AI技术发展趋势，制定营收中长期的智能化产品方向和方案，为营收大盘目标负责； 2、负责直播间核心营收功能（如礼物、展馆等）的系统升级与迭代，将大模型能力（如智能决策、Agent代理、多模态交互）深度融入业务链路，打造智能化的营收基础设施与互动体验； 3、持续探索前沿AI技术在直播营收场景的创新突破，打造行业领先的“AI+直播商业化”新玩法，开拓新的营收增长引擎； 4、统筹调度跨团队（算法、工程、运营）资源，搭建复杂的AI营收策略评估指标与数据飞轮，通过数据分析与负面案例驱动，持续迭代优化大模型在商业化场景的落地效果。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上产品工作经验，有泛娱乐、直播产品相关经历，有游戏商业化体系或复杂的AI策略/AI产品架构设计经验加分，有团队管理经验加分； 2、熟悉大模型技术生态，深入了解主流模型能力（如RAG、Agent、多模态等）及其评估标准，能准确识别大模型技术在商业化变现场景的最佳结合点与应用边界； 3、具备数据分析能力、AB实验设计及复杂业务归因能力，能把握用户心理与品牌思维，具备可持续、通用化的全局化视角； 4、逻辑严密，热爱钻研，善于深度思考，能分析业务本质并从中提炼规律和方法论，具备主导跨团队项目的推进能力。
