1、负责抖音电商AI导购场景的产品研发工作，深度参与AI框架研究、工程研发和产品设计等重要环节，与产品、算法等团队合作推动AI产品落地； 2、参与电商Agent的开发，参与MCP协议链路搭建与性能调优，Prompt、RAG等优化工作； 3、调研和跟踪AI行业的前沿技术，推动技术在实际应用场景落地和效果优化。

1、1年以上后端开发工作经验，具备扎实的代码功底和一定的系统设计能力，熟悉Golang、Java等编程语言，熟悉常用的框架和技术组件； 2、具备较强的创新能力与意识，对探索AI技术及应用场景有强烈意愿与主观能动性，能紧跟AI领域最新发展动态，持续提升专业知识与技能； 3、具备良好的产品思维与业务理解力，能够深刻理解电商导购的价值，并将其转化为技术实现； 4、深入理解前后端协作模式、产品及项目流程，具备一定的方案沟通与推动能力。

加分项 1、有AI应用项目相关经历，熟悉LLM应用架构、PE工程化及数据评测等，对Agent、RAG、LangChain等有基本认知与理解。
