1、参与抖音支付产品功能建设，充分理解支付业务流程，抽象领域模型，应对业务发展带来的复杂度的挑战； 2、参与抖音支付系统稳定性建设，保障系统在春节活动、双十一大促等公司级重要活动期间的稳定运行，解决工程技术难题； 3、负责搭建抖音支付B/C端业务模块，包括但不限于收银平台、用户平台、营销平台、抖音钱包等模块，对现有系统架构和性能进行优化； 4、参与抖音支付B/C端大模型应用的探索与开发，持续关注业内最新研究进展和应用趋势，提出创新思路和方向，并负责落地。

1、本科及以上学历，1年及以上研发工作经验，熟悉Java/Go/Python/C++中的至少一种语言； 2、深刻理解计算机原理，有良好的数据结构和算法基础，有较强的架构能力和良好代码规范； 3、有优秀的系统设计能力，熟练掌握数据库、缓存、消息队列的原理及应用； 4、对产品体验和业务发展有强烈的责任心，具备良好的沟通能力，优秀的团队协作能力和学习能力； 5、有服务治理、稳定性提升、容量规划等高可用、高并发、分布式系统的实际经验优先考虑； 6、创新能力和创新意识比较强，对于不断探索新的AI技术和应用场景有强烈意愿和主观能动性，能紧跟AI领域的最新发展动态，不断提升自己的专业知识和技能，对于Agent，RAG，LangChain等有基本的认知和理解，有0-1搭建AI应用项目的相关经历，熟悉LLM应用架构，PE工程化和数据评测等为加分项。
