1、AI产品规划与体系搭建：负责抖音生活服务-服务商平台AI产品的整体规划、架构设计与迭代落地，围绕服务商的业务诊断、经营提效等场景，搭建适配业务场景的AI产品能力体系，输出产品路线图； 2、AI底座设计与方案落地：结合公司已有基座能力，结合服务商场景特点，推进AI底座的建设和完善，包括不限于系统接入、技能知识、身份权限、前端交互、数据监控等； 3、业务洞察与垂直场景落地：围绕商家服务商合作生命周期（如商家签约/商家运营/商家续约）和服务商自身经营成长的重点场景，结合LLM大模型、智能数据分析、AI自动化等技术能力，设计智能化解决方案； 4、团队协同与落地推广：联动运营、算法、研发团队，从平台全局视角统筹产品能力升级，推进AI产品功能的研发落地、灰度测试、全量上线与业务推广，沉淀可复用的AI产品方法论与落地案例。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上B端产品经理工作经验，其中至少1年AI产品落地经验；有电商/O2O行业、服务商（代理商）端、商家端、销售端相关工作经验者优先； 2、熟悉LLM大模型、智能数据分析、AI自动化等主流AI技术应用逻辑，具备完整的B端AI产品从0-1规划、设计、评测、落地、迭代经验，能够结合业务场景将AI技术转化为可落地、有收益的产品能力； 3、具备良好的结构化思维和解决方案能力，逻辑较为严谨，具备一定的数据分析能力； 4、能够坚持结果导向，具备良好的团队协作精神，同时具有较强的自驱力。
