团队介绍：AI芯片团队深耕人工智能芯片研发领域，产品覆盖云端与终端场景，致力于提供高效率、低成本的AI芯片及 SoC 解决方案，满足公司内外AI及相关业务的算力需求。团队自主设计了多款AI芯片，涵盖推理、训练场景，具有高性能、高精度、高灵活性、编译器友好、低成本等特点。核心AI加速核与AI软件栈均为自主研发，具备完整知识产权，能够支撑面向不同模型、不同部署场景的持续演进与优化。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与分析和设计芯片产品的规模化交付稳定性解决方案，通过实现和优化各类软硬件架构和接口提升产品在关键场景下的稳定性指标； 2、负责自研芯片RAS/DFX/工具等功能模块的软件设计开发，负责系统问题分析定位； 3、参与建设稳定性基线库以及相关规范并执行落地； 4、参与芯片产品重大线上技术问题的攻关，推动问题解决并反向改进。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、了解AI芯片架构、芯片中断故障处理系统，以及芯片各种类型IP RAS功能特性（CPU/内存/硬件加速器/IO/总线等）； 3、具备底层软件开发基础，熟悉一种或多种SoC芯片的设计原理，如流水线、Cache、电源和时钟、RAS、DFT、安全设计等； 4、良好的沟通、文档及团队协作能力。

加分项 1、AI芯片RAS和DFT设计开发经验； 2、芯片监控、运维、诊断、性能分析系统的研发经验； 3、掌握FMEA/FTA等可靠性工程分析方法。
