1、负责飞书IM与飞书开放平台的AI能力建设，围绕消息/群聊/机器人/智能助手等核心场景，建设可复用的AI能力并推进落地； 2、负责飞书MCP能力建设，完成上下文接入、工具/资源编排、鉴权与隔离等关键能力，提升AI与飞书生态的连接效率与稳定性； 3、负责Agent开发与框架建设，包括Prompt调优、工具开发与调用编排、多轮上下文/状态管理、记忆与执行链路可观测/回放； 4、负责OpenClaw相关能力的接入与工程化封装，完善执行链路、失败恢复、权限控制与稳定性体系，沉淀统一能力层与最佳实践； 5、负责跟踪大模型与Agent方向技术趋势，结合对交互范式与产品形态的判断，挖掘飞书场景可落地的创新点，驱动产品迭代与体验提升。

1、本科及以上学历，熟练使用至少一门编程语言，并对语言特性有较好的理解； 2、具备扎实的工程能力与系统设计能力，对系统高可用、高并发有深刻理解，有过复杂系统的开发和运维经验； 3、对业务有深刻理解，能够抽象需求转化为具体的实现方案，具有良好项目沟通、协调、合作、推动能力； 4、有大模型应用落地经验，熟悉多轮对话、工具调用（Function/Tool Calling）、RAG/知识接入、Agent编排等关键能力； 5、具备产品思维与跨团队协作能力，能参与需求设计与方案评审，和产品/算法/设计高效协作推进交付； 6、有MCP、Agent框架相关实践经验者优先；有飞书机器人/开放平台应用开发经验者优先。
