日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责抖音及抖音系相关产品的业务研发，参与核心功能从需求分析、方案设计到上线落地的全链路开发； 2、以AI-Native方式跨越技术栈边界，借助AI能力完成从客户端到服务端、前端的全栈开发，不局限于单一技术领域； 3、深度参与产品需求讨论与功能定义，与产品、设计、QA等团队紧密协作，设计良好的代码结构并持续迭代重构； 4、探索和落地AI时代软件开发新范式，在团队内验证并优化AI驱动的开发工作流，推动研发效率与工程质量的提升。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、数学、统计学等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，至少熟练掌握一门编程语言；良好的编程习惯和代码设计，追求良好的用户体验； 3、对AI产品和技术有热情，认同AI开发范式，日常工作中已主动、深度使用AI工具，真正用AI提升效率；具备AI全栈思维，愿意借助AI能力抹平技术栈差异，能在AI辅助下独立完成跨栈开发任务； 4、主动性强，具备良好的沟通协作能力，能主动理解业务目标、参与需求讨论与方案决策，与协作职能角色高效协同推进项目落地。
