1、探索AI驱动的设计生产流程，提升现有设计流程效率，从用户需求或业务目标出发，快速生成可体验、可验证的产品能力； 2、推进A2C（从用户需求到组件生成）能力建设，包括识别用户真实意图、将需求转译为可落地的设计组件和界面方案、沉淀标准化流程，同时探索标准化后创意与效率的平衡方式，促进AI与设计师协同，重新定义设计流程和工作方式； 3、将设计判断、视觉审美与技术实现相结合，通过合适的模型、规则、Prompt或Workflow落地设计判断能力； 4、参与定义新的产品与设计生产方式，开展AI产品0-1探索、快速原型验证和工作流建设，沉淀可复用方法，帮助设计师提升AI原型和设计提效能力。

1、对AI产品和前沿AI技术有持续关注，理解LLM、AIGC、多模态、Agent、Prompt、Workflow等基础概念和常见应用方式，能够判断模型能力边界，知道哪些问题适合用AI解决，哪些需要规则、工程或人工判断补足； 2、具备扎实的产品设计和视觉判断能力，理解设计师真实工作流程，能识别设计流程中适合被AI改造、自动化或增强的环节，同时保留对审美、体验、业务目标和最终质量的专业判断； 3、具备一定代码能力和快速原型搭建能力，能使用AI coding工具、前端代码、低代码/自动化平台等完成可体验、可验证的产品原型或Workflow搭建，并能参与AI Skill能力建设； 4、具备较强的抽象、沟通和协作能力，能把个人实践中的AI原型方法、Prompt/Workflow经验、质量评估标准沉淀为团队方法，并与产品、研发、算法、设计团队共同推动方案落地； 5、本科及以上学历，3年以上产品设计、UI/视觉设计、设计技术、设计系统或AI产品相关经验；有AI产品、智能助手、Agent/Workflow等相关团队经验者优先。
