团队介绍：安全工程团队负责设计、搭建并维护字节跳动的全球安全基础设施、平台及服务。我们的核心职责是研发具备可扩展性的系统与工具，为公司全域产品的安全运营提供支撑。通过交付可靠、高性能的安全解决方案，保障字节跳动全球平台的安全，并提升业务韧性。

1、在资深工程师指导下，参与公司权管理平台与安全基础设施的设计、开发和维护，开发易用的权限管理接口、API、SDK和相关工具，降低复杂权限模型和安全机制的使用成本，为内部员工、业务系统、微服务及AI Agent提供统一的权限管理和授权能力； 2、参与权限模型集成、系统接口对接、数据迁移等项目，协助保障相关能力在不同业务场景下平稳落地； 3、面向AI Agent Security场景，参与探索和建设Agent身份与权限管理能力，包括Agent Identity、Agent Authorization、Delegated Access等机制，确保AI Agent在代表用户或服务访问数据、API和其他企业资源时，其权限范围能够被安全、精细地控制； 4、参与AI Agent平台能力建设，包括工具/插件体系、工作流编排、知识库与检索增强（RAG）、评测灰度、观测分析等方向。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息工程等计算机相关专业优先； 2、计算机基础扎实，熟悉数据结构、算法、操作系统、计算机网络、数据库等基础知识； 3、具备良好的编码能力，熟练掌握至少一门编程语言，如Go、Java、Python、C++、JavaScript/TypeScript等； 4、具备良好的学习能力、沟通协作能力和责任心，乐于接受挑战，关注代码质量和工程实践； 5、有后端或全栈研发实习经历。

加分项： 1、有AI Agent、LLM应用、RAG、Tool Calling、MCP、工作流编排、智能问答或AI应用基础设施相关项目经验； 2、有分布式系统或大型Web系统研发经验； 3、有AI Agent、AI研发提效、AI代码生成等相关项目经验。
