1、内容安全/大模型数据分析与质量体系建设：参与大模型相关内容安全数据的指标体系设计与维护，制定并迭代质量指标；搭建日常监控看板与告警规则，推动质量问题从“发现—定位—修复—复盘”的闭环； 2、实验设计与效果评估：根据业务需求设计数据校验与质检实验方案，评估策略/模型/流程变更带来的质量与成本影响；能使用统计方法完成评估与推断； 3、多维度归因分析与数据集全流程管理：对质检过程中的质量波动进行多维拆解与归因，识别异常并提出可执行优化建议；参与数据集构建全流程管理，保障训练/测试数据的一致性与可复现； 4、跨团队协作与项目推进：与算法、产品、运营、标注团队等协作，推动数据与质量相关项目按期落地；输出分析报告、复盘材料与操作手册，沉淀可复用的方法论。

1、硕士学位及以上，统计学、数学、计算机、数据科学等相关专业；英语可作为工作语言，适应跨文化沟通与文档协作； 2、扎实的统计学基础，能独立完成分析闭环；熟悉常用方法：描述统计、分布分析、相关性分析、假设检验等； 3、精通SQL，可高效编写复杂查询，保证结果口径一致、可复现；熟悉至少一种数据分析工具/语言：如Python、R等；有Tableau/PowerBI/Looker等可视化经验； 4、对机器学习/大模型数据运营有兴趣，理解“数据质量—训练效果—线上表现”的基本链路；能在不确定性下推进问题解决。

加分项 1、有内容安全、风控、审核、标注平台、质检体系或多语种数据经验； 2、有数据产品化经验：搭建指标看板、监控告警、数据字典/口径文档； 3、有实验/抽样理论与实践经验。
