1、面向个人开发者开展IAA小游戏立项支持：跟进品类趋势与平台风向，协助开发者完成选题评估、玩法立项与产品定位，输出清晰的立项建议，帮助个人开发者降低试错成本、快速启动项目； 2、深度追踪抖音平台当前的热点内容、热梗、流行话题与内容创作风向，从中提炼可复用的游戏题材与玩法灵感，建立题材/玩法素材库，为开发者提供选题指引与玩法设计方向； 3、善于总结各渠道的玩家行为特点，定期输出渠道分析与玩法/题材复盘报告，将渠道洞察转化为明确的迭代建议，辅助游戏玩法、题材的持续优化与版本规划； 4、协助开发者在各发行渠道的上架与发行：对接抖音小游戏及各主流渠道，协助处理资质、审核、素材与版本包提交等全流程上架事宜，制定分渠道差异化的上架与运营策略； 5、熟练运用AI能力赋能发行全流程：将AI应用于热点追踪、题材创意、数据分析、素材生成、上架提效等环节，持续沉淀发行经验与方法论，将可复用的标准动作固化为规范化Workflow，提升对个人开发者的服务效率与规模化发行能力；沉淀IAA小游戏发行方法论与优秀案例，反哺开发者立项、产品调优与渠道运营策略迭代。

1、本科及以上学历，有游戏运营、小游戏运营或内容运营相关工作经验，有IAA小游戏或休闲游戏发行/运营经验者优先； 2、深度体验并熟悉抖音内容生态，对平台热点内容、流行趋势与用户喜好高度敏感，具备较强的热点捕捉与内容策划能力，能将其转化为有效的题材、玩法指引； 3、熟悉抖音小游戏、微信小游戏、QQ小游戏及各应用商店的上架流程、审核规则与联运模式，善于总结不同渠道的玩家特点与差异； 4、能熟练将AI工具运用到日常工作中，提升创意、分析与执行效率；具备方法论沉淀与流程搭建能力，能主动将发行经验固化为可复用的Workflow； 5、具备良好的沟通协调与项目管理能力，能与个人开发者建立高效、信任的合作关系，推动项目顺利落地； 6、热爱游戏与内容创作，对行业趋势与新技术保持敏锐，结果导向，责任心强。
