1、负责汽水音乐商业化方向的规划与迭代，包括权益玩法、流量策略、广告效率等，提升整体商业化收入； 2、深入挖掘需求，结合行业特性设计差异化权益玩法，并推动项目落地与优化； 3、拆解链路数据，通过数据寻找优化空间，推动全链路变现效率提升； 4、跟踪行业动态与产品模式，提炼可借鉴经验，为产品迭代提供方向。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、大数据等相关专业优先； 2、具备较强的用户洞察力与数据分析能力，能从数据中发现问题并提出优化方案； 3、逻辑清晰，有一定的沟通协调能力，能高效推动跨部门协作； 4、对商业产品有热情，关注行业动态，有创新意识。
